All too often, photographs that are supposed to show off a home end up looking dark, blurry and just plane awful. Most of the time, it’s because those images were taken with a smartphone camera or something similar.
Below is an example of a photograph taken with a tablet camera and a photograph I took with a professional level DSLR. It also helps to do some simple clean-up, which makes a room much more appealing to the prospective buyer.
